Brandon Wysoglad is a financial executive with experience in corporate finance, business transformation, and strategic planning. He currently serves as the CFO of U.S. Waterproofing LLC, where he oversees financial strategy and operations in collaboration with the CEO and private equity firm Rotunda Capital Partners. Brandon Wysoglad's work includes supporting the company’s growth through acquisitions and process improvements.

Mr. Wysoglad has held executive finance roles across industries such as manufacturing, transportation, and retail. As CFO of National Express LLC, he helped implement a revenue management solution aimed at improving financial operations. He has also served as CFO for the North American division of Aebi Schmidt Group and Pactiv’s foodservice division, focusing on financial restructuring and operational efficiency. At Walgreens Boots Alliance, he delivered enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives during a period of corporate expansion.

In addition to his work with U.S. Waterproofing, Mr. Wysoglad is a board member with QX Impact, a company specializing in AI-driven business transformation. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois and has completed certifications in Six Sigma and financial planning. He has been involved in community initiatives, including PAWS Chicago and the Schaumburg Athletic Association, where he has served as a board member and youth sports coach.
